The game itself is 60 minutes although you might escape earlier! You need to arrive 15 minutes before your start time for game introductions, and after your game you will have time to take photos with props. 

Yes!  Three clues may be requested per session.  The GameMaster will be closely monitoring your progress, so if you need help, ask for a clue.

As a courtesy to all players, all games start exactly at their published time. If you arrive late you can still play but you will have time deducted from your 60 minutes. You must arrive at least 15 minutes before your game start time in order to receive game instructions and sign your waivers. There will be no refunds for late arrivals.

It is better for your experience to stay in the game until you escape, although in an emergency you can always leave the game.

You may hang on to your phone during the game, but phones are not allowed to be used, and no photos are permitted in the room. The use of electronic devices or any outside tools are strictly prohibited.  

No. Fire marshals would never allow that. You will definitely “feel” like you are locked in but if you ever need to step out of the room, then you can. You will be so immersed in the game that you won’t even think about it!

We recommend our game for ages 12 and up. We do allow younger players, but some of the game content may be too difficult for them. A paying adult, 18 or older, must participate with anyone that is 12 and under. Also, any participants under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver.

Yes! Any child that is age 4 and under can come along with you and will be free of charge.  Please let us know at the time of booking if you are bringing a child under 4 due to each game having a maximum capacity for space/players.

We ask that no food or drink is taken into the game rooms. Alcohol is strictly prohibited on our premises.

There are 3 steps to enter and exit the mobile trailer, although the doors will accommodate a wheelchair.
